Our Kids Crossfit program is specifically designed for children ages 6-12. The program is focused on providing fitness that builds self-esteem and greater confidence. Many kids in this age group are involved with organized sports, study dance or martial arts or just love going to the playground or riding a bike. No matter what your child’s interests are, we build on your child’s natural ability to run, jump, climb and throw, by introducing strength, endurance and flexibility in a fun group atmosphere. Your child will experience exercise as play, burn off excess energy and sleep better. No two workouts are the same, so kids never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them excited about coming back for more.
