Outcast Crossfit is proud to offer a program specifically designed for teenagers ages 13-18 of all levels and abilities. Our Crossfit program is high intensity training that incorporates a variety of fitness modalities including gymnastics, weightlifting, running, and a variety of other conditioning tools. Teens will be challenged by a wide range of exercises and taught the proper mechanics of said exercises safely and efficiently.
It is proven that establishing exercise goals and seeing improvements in strength and endurance will boost self-esteem and confidence in teens. If you have a teen that is involved in High School sports, CrossFit is great for off season training. And if your teen is looking to play sports in college, the fundamental movements and discipline that CrossFit offers is sure to be an advantage. Research also indicates that exercise can have a positive impact on teens’ academic achievements, relationships, and establishing healthier habits that take them through the rest of their lives. Here at Outcast, we encourage effort, diligence, honesty, and the spirit of camaraderie as teenagers workout side by side and support each other.
