This class is programmed to help with your technique for olympic barbell lifts used in CrossFit WOD’s (workout of the day). In the class, clients will work on Clean & Jerk, Snatch, Press, Back Squat, Front Squat, and Deadlifts. Clients will split up into groups and work on perfecting these technical lifts. Clients will learn how to develop special strength and skill from explosive power, speed, coordination, balance, and accuracy and what velocities they are trained at. The program is progressive and all athletes are responsible for tracking their lifts and sessions. Olympic-lifting shoes are highly recommended, but not needed. You may use flat running shoes as an alternative. The class is approximately 1 hour.
