FUN FACTS ABOUT JEFF: Jeff is a “Jack of all Trades”, and Ninja is one of them. He has eyes in the back of his head, so it is impossible to sneak up on him. And he can, and will catch your bad form from across the room.
Jeff grew up all over the country as a “Military Brat” and is a “Jack of all Trades”. When he got older, he served 20 years in the Military and then over 20 years in law enforcement. It’s safe to say, that when Jeff’s around, we’re all safe.
In 2008, he was diagnosed with bladder cancer and several other serious medical conditions. After treatment, he began searching and trying training/nutrition programs in order to alleviate the medical conditions that confronted him; that is when he found CrossFit. The variety and challenging nature of the many movements had a strong appeal to him, as did the Paleo eating. After doing his research, he decided that CrossFit, combined with Paleo eating would be the best way to go. And boy was he right! After one year, he had the best cancer checkups ever and if you ask him today, he will tell you that retirement, CrossFit, Paleo eating and the tight knit community at Outcast CrossFit are the keys to his improved health and he is confident he will be cancer free in the very near future. Today, Jeff is a CrossFit Level 1 Coach at Outcast who teaches the Foundations Class, making sure you are equipped to do the WODs with confidence.

FUN FACTS ABOUT ROSS: To get on Ross' good side, bring him food. To get on Ross' bad side, eat the food you just brought him. And then if you want to make up for the above situation, bring him golf balls and beer glasses.Ross grew up in Las Vegas, NV where he excelled in every sport that had a competitive edge. In 2009 he jumped into Crossfit with both feet and has never looked back. He immediately started doing Crossfit five days a week and eating healthier. The results were a loss of body fat, muscle mass gains, improved workout times, and crushed personal records. After seeing these results, it's safe to day that Ross drank the "Crossfit Koolaid" and his life was changed forever. He dove right into doing competitions, starting with the 2009 Crossfit Games in Aromas, CA, and has since competed in several others locally and out of state. He obtained his Crossfit Level 1 Certification and began coaching and sharing his knowledge and passion at a local Crossfit box. The results that he saw inspired him to take his coaching to a higher level and he was determined to get as many people involved as possible - so in 2014 Outcast Crossfit was put on the map. To Ross, Crossfit is a way of life - a foundational essential that makes him the well-rounded man, business owner, coach, athlete, and friend that we've all grown to know and love. He's a "No Nonsense" kind of guy, so when you show up for a WOD, be ready to work hard and be challenged to your max with awesome programming. Looking to compete? Ross is the one for you!
