At Outcast Crossfit our goal is to provide proper scaling and modifications to fit each member’s current fitness level. In real life, we have to squat to toilets, beds, and chairs, we need to have the ability to get ourselves off the ground, and we have to know how to position our bodies in the most efficient way to perform daily tasks. Our Golden Masters class will give you a foundation of fitness and function that will have dramatic impacts on your quality of life. Outcast Crossfit will help improve stamina, strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, balance, and agility. By mixing stretching, strengthening, and cardio exercises, we provide a work-out experience that will change you inside and outside the gym.
