Introduction to CrossFit
Your first step is to schedule an “Introduction Meeting” with Ross or Kristine. This 30 minute meeting will include a short tour of our facility and the amenities we have to offer. We will then take a few minutes to go over your current fitness level, discuss past fitness experiences and discuss the goals you want to personally achieve by joining our gym. We will then discuss how our experienced coaching staff and crossfit programs can help you accomplish such goals.
After your initial introduction meeting, we will schedule your first “Introduction to Crossfit” workout with one of our coaches. This workout will consist of working one-on-one with a coach and will include a warm-up, a technique/skill demonstration and a short Crossfit workout. This”Introduction to Crossfit” is a condensed version of our group classes and will take approximately 30-45 minutes of your time. During this workout our coaches will be able to assess your current fitness level and allow us to see where you will benefit the most during your fitness journey with Outcast Crossfit.
